  • My daily routine involved daily rounds and inspections of pipes and flanges making sure there isn't any chemical leaks. Changing of residue vessels raw filters and post filters working on diaphragm pumps doing first line breaks on pipes and other various equipment. I would perform nitrogen purges and air purges for contractors to come and pull pipe spools or reactors for whatever they where working on. Very proficient in first line breaks and lock out tag out also in reading P&IDs Inspections of fluidized bed reactors, main filters, interstage coolers ,vertical and horizontal condensers, compressors, reading gauges of psi-bar- and n2 devices. in CSR.
  • Then in the Scrubber building we would clean the off gas from other departments which you would also read pressure devices get readings ans clean the nozzles when they was plugged.
  • I have handled various chemicals raw caustic, chlorine hcl acid, metallurgical grade silica, tetra and tri chlorosilanes. aluminum chloride Di chlorosilanes, Brine.
  • Took gas bomb samples from the main filters and waste water samples from the scrubbers.

  • Filled in as the A operator. Where the role was over the shift. I would create labels for totes and tell the team where they were needed, printing off boms and doing reports every 6 hours.
  • Palletizer, I would work on the robots stacking the buckets. Then the wrapper creates labels, I would scan the labels and put them on the bundles. After that they would get taken off the line and staged out in shipping.
  • Would unload trucks that was docked at the staging area and would get them unloaded in a timely manner.
  • Worked in duration i would supervise then line and make sure everything was running as needed. once the drums filled to the desired weight you would put a lid on and stack it on the pallet.
  • Was on ERT, emergency response training would do various types of hazarded reviews like hazwoper,spill and countermeasure, confined space.
