• Responsible for the planning & scheduling of the preventive & predictive maintenance programs using SAP the scheduling tool for the Maintenance and Production.

• Review material requirements for all work orders in the system.

• Review the work order closeouts & actual manpower reports.

• Monitor and Review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Backlog, Manpower, Utilization, Safety Compliance, System & Equipment Reliability for OIF Departments and highlight deviations.

• Act as a change agent to ensure effective usage of the SAP system and continuously educate and train users to derive the best possible benefits.

• Coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities. preparing the One-Week Lookahead Plan and Eight-Week Lookahead Plan involves.

• Using Primavera P6 for defining the shutdown scope, creating and managing detailed schedules, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure efficient execution. They estimate and monitor costs, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key tasks include coordinating activities, maintaining thorough documentation, and tracking progress through performance reports. Post-shutdown, they review project outcomes to apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.

• Developed and executed procurement plans and strategies to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost-efficiency.
• Conducted market research and demand forecasting to determine appropriate procurement needs for projects.
