• Receival of CAD Data from Customer
• Manufacturing Feasibility Review with Cross Functional Team
• Manufacturing cost Analysis & Sale Price discussion with sales Team
• Preparation of Product Feasibility report & presentation to Customer
• Preparation of Gnatt Chart with timelines for Trail lot and taking approval from customer
• Development of Tooling, Molds & Gauges for Trail Lot Production
• Raw Material and Child parts procurement Planning
• Preparation and Monitoring of entire product life cycle with PPAP and APQP
• Process Validation at each stage of Manufacturing and monitoring of process Parameters
• FMEA for any of the deviations during Trail lot production
• Preparation of Quality reports for Trail Lot and submission to customer for Approval
• Responsible for Meeting with Plant Management and Global Management and updation of project Timelines

• Development of Proto for Laminated Windshield with clear and acoustic PVB of Luxury Model for Mercedes Benz Research and Development-India
• Development of Tempered Door Glass with Solar green raw glass material for Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited
• Development of Laminated Door Glass with acoustic PVB for Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited
• Development of ADAS(Advanced Driver Assistance system) bracket for Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited –New Innova Hycross 2023 Model
• Researched and worked on Lumineq display technology and its Manufacturing Feasibility for Mahindra and Mahindra Research Valley, Chengalpattu

• Digitalization of WIP Traceability Systems with Cantier Software from Raw glass to Final product for effective traceability and FMEA analysis(Customer-Hyundai)
