• Leading a product design team of 3 engineers working on USA projects, to create designs in Catia V5 & maintain projects in Team Center. Responsible for design & development of Door Modules and Window Regulators as per specifications and company standards
• Perform Kinematics, Packaging Study, Design Calculations, Tolerance stack-up, clash analysis, installation study & report the same in project forums. Responsible for technical feasibility, DFM, DFA reviews with supplier & Cross Functional Team to fulfill the product quality, delivery, cost, feature targets
• Collaborate with global peers for FEA, DFMEA, DV/PV, gate/milestone reviews Independently drive cross- functional activities to close out development open points & achieve set project deliverables
• Leading regular Internal meetings and External meetings with Customer and Suppliers
• Analyze parts & assemblies to determine the best course of action required to resolve problems, implement cost- effective & robust solutions to address internal/customer issues
