• Exchangers,Furnace and pipelines associated with chemical cleaning, it includes ACID cleaning, Decontamination and pre commission job such as temporary screens,strains and blinds, air and steam blowing.
• Flushing, chemical, mechanical cleaning and passivization.
• Assists technician (s) for setting and supervising to perform their duties and responsibilities.
• Responsible for supervising crews during projects such as chemical plant and refinery industrial tank cleaning and hydro jetting projects.

• Performed all routine task required to maintain manufacturing process such as monitor process parameters, plant patrollling data lagging and .
• Performing safe work practices through following safety regulations and supporting safety program.
• Sampling of products and process chemicals for quality testing and testing and monitoring.
• carried out, start up and shutdown activities of oxidation and distillation units including control values stroke checking as per SOP.
• Executed predictive maintenance of equipment through continues monitoring.
• Prior Isolation of equipment and handling it over to maintenance safely.

Overall Responsibilities

• Atmosphere gas testing using multi gas detector for any kind of conf space entry
• Routine check of pipelines, electrical sub station instrument air compressor and continuous maintaining parameter.
• Assisting and keep the updates of all maintenance activity and respect to production higher authorities
• Having good experience in field Operation during start up and emerging safe shutdown
• Work permit system handling like Hot work, cold work, high work and confined space
• Having experience in tank form operation and utilities
