The responsibilities include coordinating the planning, scheduling, and allocation of tasks to team members, executing metallographic test, and supervising mechanical test and updating results in the SAP software after quality confirmation.

1) Performing Microscopic & Macroscopic tests:

     Microscopic Tests: Inclusion, Decarburization, Banding, Grain Size, and Microstructure Analysis

     Macroscopic Testing: Step Down, Blue Fracture Test, Macro Etch Test

2)  Supervising mechanical tests:

     a) Hardness tests (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers), Jominy hardnenability, Tensile test, Upsettability, Impact test

 3) Additional duties:

     a) Prepare work instructions for all testing procedures

     b) Implement 5S and carry out kaizen activities

     c) Detect and resolve potential issues

     d) Keep records of tests performed

     e) Manage NABL & BIS documentation
