

I have completed a Diploma in Agriculture and currently work in Sales and Marketing with Coromandel International Limited. My role involves daily farmer visits, crop inspection, pest and disease identification, recommending appropriate crop protection solutions, and supporting dealer sales. I also conduct product demonstrations, follow crop results, and organize farmer and group meetings for marketing activities. In addition, I have completed a Digital Marketing certification, which helps me combine field sales experience with modern marketing practices.
My role involved daily direct farmer visits to understand crop conditions and identify pest and disease problems. Based on crop stage and severity, I recommended the appropriate company products and correct dosage to support crop recovery and yield improvement.
I regularly visited dealers to support sales, ensure product availability, and coordinate sales execution based on farmer requirements. I conducted field demonstrations of new company products, closely followed crop results, and shared performance feedback with dealers and my reporting manager.
In addition, I supported the organization of farmer meetings, group meetings, and marketing activities to increase product awareness and strengthen farmer–dealer relationships.
