Fabrication irregularity in the integrated circuit. Manufacturing process may cause some device to behave erroneously. The existing technique has been poor performance due to shrinking device size and increase of manufacturing layer. This project, a new technique for diagnosis of logic blocks by leveraging the existing embedded deterministic test hardware has been introduced. The new technique for diagnosis of digital circuit has better response during manufacturing test.
