Carry out 12 New Supplier Assessment and development by Manufacturing/Technology capability of Process, & System Management
Conduct supplier Process validation, for the New Development projects by Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) & PPAP Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality systems meets the required standards
Developed and optimized 8 Quality Plans (Part-Q), Quality Assurance documents and Inspection Plans for parts and assemblies
Conduct audit on part production, quality improvement plans with external suppliers
Performed 80 + trials during new model development, Localization projects, change points (5M+1E,ECN) & analyse process capability (Cp, Cpk) & yield (RTY) to enhance quality
Led 60+ on-site supplier regular audits on process & system management to monitor the performance
Collaborate across multiple disciplines to assure corrective actions are achieved by supplier
Executing cost saving techniques and Process modification to achieve reduction in Cost of poor quality [COPQ]
Analyze supplier quality performance data on production, rejection, scrap and rework quantity to identify Supplier quality crisis and process improvement opportunities.
Co-ordinate across production and other functional areas (CFT) to ensure maximum quality and efficiencies are achieved
Prepare periodic activity and write reports of supplier performance and improvement project status with management
Handling supplier process on wire Drawing, forging, casting, Injection molding
