• In my current role as a Data Modeler/Power Bi Developer, I specialize in transforming AS400 IBM database models into Redshift databases, enabling the creation of a robust and scalable data lake. Leveraging my expertise in both AS400 IBM database systems and Redshift, I architect and design data models that efficiently store and organize large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze Business Requirements: Examine, comprehend, and study business requirements to understand their implications for business intelligence initiatives. Translate these requirements into actionable insights and data visualization strategies.

2. Develop Interactive Dashboards and Reports: Utilize Power BI to create interactive and eye-catching dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights into key business metrics and performance indicators. Leverage my skillset in Power BI to design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for data exploration and analysis.

3. Data Modeling and Transformation: Employ data modeling techniques to structure and organize data in preparation for analysis and visualization. Perform data transformation tasks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance for reporting purposes.

4. Collaborate and Communicate: Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to convey insights derived from data analysis and reporting.
