BMS Calibration - Senior Engineer

Cell Testing on -20deg to 55 deg C for checking behavior of cell in different ambient.
Working on 59KwH & 79KwH battery packs.
Various tests on cells like Ageing , Storage loss , Charging at different C Rates for calibration of BMS .
Automatic Cell Balancing Activation.
BMS safety Validation with respect to LFP Cell chemistry.
FIM and DEM implementation with merging ASW and BSW.
Supporting homologation trails related to BMS.
Charging exercise : 3KwH to 120kWH in Battery pack level.
Heater , Chiller , Pump Calibration (Thermal Related to BMS).
SOC & SOH related calibration .
Dataset management and proper documentation maintenance for all the calibration activities.
