- Coordinated with the BOM Audit Program for all current models to ensure accuracy between ERP, PRODUCTION DESIGN TOOL and ACTUAL PRODUCTION LINE.
- Coordinated material purchase of commodities like Electronics/Plastics/Sheet metal from multiple suppliers including import and domestic suppliers.
- Part of Mission 150 project CFT ($150 Mil cost savings) responsible for implementation of changes.
- Flawless implementation of Engineering changes with complete process adherence and related data documentation, ensuring consecutive clearance of audits at IATF level each year.
- Ensured advance visibility and plan of customer milestones (pilot and SOP) and 52 weeks forecast for material planning.
- Coordinated with the Quality, Purchase and Manufacturing teams on PPAP and APQP deliveries required from early prototype builds until PSW phase.
- Under the scope of Project Management, assisted/coordinated with MP&L Team in Recovery process with Customer for any Additional Parts procured for New Models/Programs and old Part scrap for Running/Current Models periodically to ensure minimum Obsolescence.
- Knowledge on perpetual cycle count for every Engineering change implementation and Half-yearly 4-Wall audit - count of physical parts vs system.
