• Talent Pipeline Sorting - Built a Parsing & Matching ML solution that takes 3 seconds to effectively screen the candidate against a job description. Achieved 90% domain based accuracy.
• Face Attendance & Uniform Detection - Upgraded the vision API to 300 user per sec with the modern and scalable deployment approach using fast api and docker.
• Predictive Analytics - Achieved Predictive Regression with 80% accuracy with 30% of bad data. This helped The India Today group identify major issues in BARC (Broadcast Audience Research Council) data

• Ideate ,conceptualize ,Manage and Deploy Ai Products at scale
• Product : Led a team of data scientists and data engineers to launch Weaveroo.io - A scalable, fully-automated product content solution for retailers powered by computer vision. Which successfully processed , classified and generated 3+ million images .
• Client Services: Flix Media UK - Brand Benchmarking . Ideated and deployed a NLP Pipeline within 2 months , which predicted the relevant values for billions of retailer feeds , that provided insights for the Leading electronic brands.
• Ideated and built a product mapping POC using a novice approach: MPN based cosine distance and Product title similarity with Deep learning LSTM, that reduced the time taken for a batch feed from 6 hours to 30 mins.

• Built the entire team for data engineering and Analytics at Heptagaon from scratch .
• Added two major client bases for Analytics Center of Excellence , who brings in a huge revenue share up to date.
• Developed predictive machine health information system for analyzing ,visualizing various large sensor data(json)2TB using grafana and MongoDB.
• Launched revamp of an entire legacy Talent flow , Canadian based Applicant Tracking Application to an Enterprise grade solution. Managed End to End project cycle and team of application developers, database engineers, data scientists, Testing team and Data analysts.
