Product Management

• Upload and maintain product listings (styles, colors, sizes, SKUs, barcodes).
  Ensure accurate product descriptions, fabric details, size charts, care instructions, and pricing.
  Coordinate with design, buying, and production teams for timely product launches

Visual & Content Merchandising

• Ensure high-quality product images are uploaded as per brand guidelines.
  Arrange product order, collections, and categories to improve visibility and conversion.
  Optimize titles, keywords, and descriptions for SEO and on-site search.

Inventory & Availability

• Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure stock accuracy.
  Monitor low stock, out-of-stock items, and replenishment needs.
  Ensure correct size availability and regional stock mapping

BUYERS HANDLED : COPPEL , BRUN

• To receive the tech packs from the buyer for developing the samples.
• Do initial budget costing for the styles which is received from buyer.
• Organized meeting with the team and give detailed explanation about the product for development.
• Fabric sourcing and trims development.
• Assign tasks to the assistants to developing the samples with proper trims as per buyer requirements.
• Do negotiation with all trims suppliers to finalizing the cost.
• Do fabric program and T& A for follow up the order.
• Do regular effective communication with the buyer too getting Approvals properly in every stage for order execution.
• Organizing Pre-production meeting on the every styles and clearance all quarries about the product
• Follow up the bulk production with HOD of all departments
• Sourcing suppliers if needed any
• Update and follow up the BOM regularly.
• Lead the team from sampling to finishing for making the shipment on time by the way of giving proper guidance and Approval.

• Development of fabrics, samples, trims and accessories and maintain the proper file to make sure to incorporate time to time changes asked by the customers.
• To make the fabric program for the orders and developing trims and make the purchase order for the all things.
• Approvals follow up with the buyer for fabric ,lab dips ,S/K offs ,trims and accessories.
• Production follow up with the every department and meet the T & A date.
• Do communication with the buyer for all Approvals and tech pack clearance.

HANDLED BUYERS : JD WILLIAMS, STUDIO

• Coordinate with merchandising team and get order details ,PP sample samples and trim card to follow up the production.
• Organizing the PP meeting for each and very styles to ensuring the operations and path of executions.
• Analyzing the critical paths and take the corrective actions to resolving .
• Follow up the Printing ,Embroidery or any other out sourcing if applicable.
• Follow up the fabric team to in house the fabric on time.
• Make production T&A to achieve the dates where all areas.
• Give shipment plan to the factory and communicate with team for making the shipment on time.

• Get monthly shipment plan from merchant team and create plan
• Make ensure on the fabric and trims for the each and every styles
• Take status from the cutting to packing every day.
• Monitoring input and output hour by hour and keep updated regularly.
• Assign time lines to the production lines to complete the targets to make the shipment on time.
• Keep records for every month production input and outward.
