Project Description: CX (Customer Xperience) is the ebanking application which serves the needs of customer through web and mobile application. As a part of Notification Center squad , we will be sending alerts/notifications (For ex :Trade execution /cancellation) to customer for various channels such as Email, SMS , Push Notification.
Responsibilities:

• Built APIs and data clients to consume APIs.
• Created enhancements to resolve client problems and meet operational standards
• Built flexible , reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Resolved performance related problems and addressed security concerns
• Worked in Agile Scrum team environment and collaborated with multidisciplinary team of designers, business analyst and product owners
• Wrote unit tests to evaluate code coverage

Project : Speech Analytics ( Jan 2021-June 2022)

Project Description:

Speech Analytics is a project that aims to analyze Wealth Management with recorded phone conversations with clients and provide analytics to better understand client needs and preferences to improve client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supported clients with business analysis, documentation and data modeling.
• Revised, modularized and updated old code bases to modern development standards, improving functionality.
• Created efficient automation scripts to manage certain routine task and features.
• Responsible for quality through functional as well as code review
• Conducted thorough reviews of operations to devise and deploy improvement strategies.
• Responded to emergent issues in production releases to quickly iterate and remediate weaknesses in subsequent releases.
• Performed automation testing for the developed applications to ensure seamless performance.

HUE(High Usability Enterprise)
Project Description:
HUE/AI Works is a web application which is AI powered ERP system aiming at high speed and usability in enterprise system. As a part of base technology framework team,developed & maintained many approval framework features. Approval Framework can be used to create an approval process where application developers can set workflow approvals based on hierarchy.
Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the Functional Business Requirements.
• Preparing work plan and developing applications to meet client requirements.
• Participated in complete software development lifecycle, including performance analysis,design,development and testing.
• Perform Unit and Automation testing for all possible test cases to check efficiency and timely resolution of defects.
• Responsible for quality through Functional as well as code reviews.
• Communicate with the client in the time of crisis and coming up with solution.
• Collaborated in team-based, Agile environment to accomplish objectives by deadlines.
• Performed Unit Testing through JUnit to check efficiency of the Java code Developed and maintained new automation test scripts through selenium to identify bugs and quality in development and also in business process.
• Possesed a role in Devops where experience in design,develop,build,deployment, and ability to maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery process
