Troubleshooting and Pm of electrical, including PLCs,480-24v systems, 3phase motors, pneumatic; air cylinders, air compressor, gas valves, HVAC units, steam boiler, steam traps, heat exchanger, water delivery systems as well as belt conveyors and plc-controlled auto systems, along with various styles of pumps. Ordering and restocking of parts used and needed. Keeping track of budget and reporting weekly to P.M. Overseeing the wastewater team, before turned over to city. Via a DAF pretreatment system. Worked closely with the county to get location in compliance.
  • Use of Emaint and MaintainX software to track maintenance tasks, parts, p.m.s, as well as use of Excel, Word and Outlook. Overseeing the maintenance team by keeping team on task, materials needed to complete jobs at hand. Issuing safety training, ensure team is working safe and following all policies. Managing clock in and out and all payroll for the team. Coordinating all contractor work for location and issuing contractors needed safety training, JSA’s as well as CSOPs.
  • With my direction, we were able to take a location with bad reliability record and turn it in to a reliability focused location.
