Hired, trained and coached multiple employees in 7 stores. I was involved daily in advertising, merchandising, HR, bookkeeping, customer relations and new product development. Our original Pigeon Forge store received the Retailer

of The Year Award twice. We greeted every customer who entered the store and thanked them when they departed, whether they purchased something or not.
