Relocated to Nashville, Tennessee to live with my wife. In this time I have volunteered at Second Harvest Food Bank and continued to develop my Russian language skills.

Initially employed as a team leader for the delivery of training to Ukrainian soldiers, due to my Russian language skills I was selected to work in the Operational Headquarters to coordinate planning and run risk management:

• Planned and formatted the UK's delivery of military training to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
• Worked in a multinational Headquarters consisting of NATO and Ukrainian officers.
• Worked directly to a 1 star General advising him on risk.
• Personally oversaw the delivery of training to 400 Ukrainian soldiers before being moved to the Headquarters.
• Received commendation from Ukrainian Embassy for my work.

Managed 6 man team of highly professional Commando trained soldiers in one of the most physically arduous jobs within the Army:

• Numerous international deployments in various austere environments.
• Spent weeks dislocated from command and logistical support with minimal equipment.
• Planning of overseas exercises for over 40 personnel.

Led a team of 10 Commando trained personnel who had responsibility over a further 80 junior soldiers:

• Created detailed training schedules using both psychological and physical training data to ensure highest possible pass rate for soldiers conducting arduous training.
• Evaluated team member's strengths and assigned tasks based upon experience and training to ensure best delivery of lessons.
• Managed 90 soldiers careers whilst dislocated from chain of command.

Led a Command Post of 6 soldiers responsible for processing data for a further 50 Commando trained artillerymen to ensure they engaged onto the correct target:

• Completed All Arms Commando Course, finishing second on course which started with over 100 personnel.
• Ability to process complex artillery data and translate it for soldiers to conduct their roles.
• Highly capable of briefing senior commanders on mission critical information in timely fashion.

Completed one of the most widely recognised leadership courses in the world, ranked 10th out of an intake of over 250 people:

• Strong time appreciation and ability to prioritise what is necessary.
• Exceptionally mentally resilient and capable of delivering when placed under extreme stress in difficult environments.
• Excellent grip of global affairs and firm understanding of contemporary conflicts.

Developed my leadership style by running a Troop of 30 soldiers whilst simultaneously completing an undergraduate degree:

• Strong ability to balance both work and education commitments.
