Responsibilities:

• I underwent a comprehensive training program encompassing the intricacies of process development and the entire product development roadmap.
• During this immersive learning period, I gained valuable insights into the various stages of product development, from conception to launch.
• This training equipped me with a deep understanding of the processes involved and provided me with the foundational knowledge necessary to effectively contribute to the organization's product initiatives.
• My ongoing project is to assist in the migration of Rupa and Co's business applications to Zoho. Collaborating closely with the project team, I contributed to seamless data transition and process alignment.
• As part of my daily activities: I oversee the delivery division at Rupa and Co, ensuring timely deliveries as part of business as usual operations (BAU). Through effective management and coordination, I optimize delivery processes to meet organizational objectives and uphold customer satisfaction.
