  • I learned to use impacts drills and many other tools and replace parts while speaking with customers to ensure they felt comfortable with us and would return
  • I worked on hot cars and parts and some we had to push in
  • I was responsible for maintaining the appearance of the vehicle and replacing bad parts and test driving the vehicles once repairs were done
