Review all current floor issues

Ensure that all materials needed are in place for start of production

Manage manpower vs. actual work in each section

Adjust people as needed to cover critical positions in each section

Tour floor. Speak with associates concern any issues had or seen

Hold end of shift pass down meetings

Attend any additional pass down meetings held

Train any and all associates new to the section

Daily stress the importanceof their job and job safty and proper protection equipment

Accompany personnel to drug testing

Install hood, hatches and fender brackets

Install hood, hatches, fenders decklids and doors

Fit hoods, hatches, fenders decklids and doors

Install hood, hatches, fender brackets

Install hood, hatches, fenders, decklids and doors

Fit hoods, hatches, fenders decklids and doors

Responsible for all Inventory Controllers

Manage overtime, Manage manpower vs. actual work in each section
