Power Automate Desktop Project – Process Unity ( Reports to SLX team)

• Involved in migrating the process developed using Uipath RPA to Power Automate Desktop to get the RPA processes aligned to bank strategic solution and reduce the license cost.

• Created automated process using PAD to access ProcessUnity web application and navigate to reports module to export filtered report with data “UER Report for SLX Team” and send email with attachment to SLX team mailbox.

RPA Project – Preservica(Catalogue File Creation Process)

• Managed end -to-end delivery from Project Initiation to Production Deployment. Coordinated with business for gathering requirements, involved in getting the design approved in Technical Design forum, developed, Tested and Successfully deployed the solution in production.

• Created automated process using RE framework for creating catalogue file(metadata) for digital archival documents for various file types (pdf, ppt/pptx, doc/docx, xls/xlsx, jpg, mov, mp3, mp4, msg, txt and xlsm) before the documents stored into Preservica Application, which significantly reduces manual effort spent by Archival team.

RPA Project – WATSON (Mail Scanning Process)

• Involved in experimentation to increase the WATSON bot efficiency to extract the content from handwritten documents. Explored various options like Document OCR, Microsoft Form Recognizer and AWS Textract OCR. Finally, concluded to go with AWS Textract Service which has provided maximum confidence score compared to other tools.

• Created state machine workflow to first upload the document into AWS S3 bucket using python Script and then made first API call to fetch the job id using document reference number and made a second API call to extract the content from AWS Textract OCR using JOB ID, which significantly increases the BOT efficiency from 65% to 85%.

RPA Project – VIC Email Control Alert and Follow-up Process

• Managed end -to-end delivery from Project Initiation to Production Deployment. Coordinated with business for gathering requirements, involved in getting the design approved in Technical Design forum, developed, Tested and Successfully deployed the solution in production.

• Introduced voting Option in the Outlook email using Invoke VB.net code for sending the Customer miskeyed Transactions to the branches. Also developed follow-up process to send follow-up emails to the respective branches who does not acknowledge or haven’t acted on the miskeyed transaction details.

RPA Project – 2CP Message Point

• Involved in gathering the requirements and build a Web based automation solution.

• Created Dispatcher and Performer Process using RE Framework for uploading 700+ customer templates into orchestrator Queue and performed bundle refresh process for each template in the message point web application.

RPA Project – Mail Merge Tool

• Worked with Remediation Operation business team for gathering the requirement for Letter Generation Process using Mail Merge Tool and developed RPA solution which helps them to reduce their effort and cost spent on the manual work.

• Automated the process of fetching all the placeholder values from 200+ Customer communication documents (values differs for each document) and replacing it with the appropriate values and converted them into PDF Document with proper alignment.

RPA Project – MAILSC Storage Alert Mechanism

Developed an Alert Bot to send email notification to business teams if the Shared drive storage space reaches its threshold limit. It has been achieved from RPA using a PowerShell script to fetch the storage details of the specific drive and used in the subsequent workflows for storage validation.

RPA Project – SHERLOCK

Developed, Tested and Deployed the RPA bot to automate the document processing (searching and amendment) where Print, Mail and Logistic team have more than 7000+ documents which gets updated multiple times every year. It has achieved using Excel, PDF, Word, and Outlook automation.

Project: Shared Services Applications Strategy Analysis

• Worked directly with Property Services Business team to complete the strategy analysis for 100+ applications along with SS Architecture team which helped to build the platform team.

• Detailed questionnaire sheet has been prepared in user-friendly manner and shared it across business to collect the application details easily and effectively, which helps team to identify the legacy applications quickly.

• Collaborated with business and application support team to perform Cost benefit calculation on SS BUY Applications for support Transition.

• Involved in Simplification programme and support to complete the decommission activities for 12 apps within Shared Services.

• Involved in process of onboarding 34 applications into Service Now with necessary technical and infrastructure details to maintain the bank applications record (SNOW).

• Worked with business and application support team for transitioning the business supported application “Document Management HUB” (including 8 components) into Technology support which reduces the risk, threat, and security vulnerabilities.

• Worked with business and architecture team for the replacement solution design for the one the PS application (Building Management solution) which has issued an End of Life (EoL) notice.

• Took ownership for handling three KSOR Projects and managed it successfully (which involves, Financial Management including budget forecasting, Receipting, Purchase Order creation and Stakeholder engagement)

• Involved in test data refresh activity for the PPI system. I decided to utilize the test daily backup for refresh instead of taking fresh cut from production which reduces the governance significantly and lead to effort savings of 3 weeks.

• Supported the group’s vision of Agile delivery and followed the Agile delivery approach in SS Tech Adoption and Amethyst deliveries by creating/managing the JIRA board with Backlog items, Sprints and Tasks.

Project: PeopleSoft – HCM – CRM 9.2 Upgrade (Apr 2015 to Mar 2018)

• Took ownership for one of HR value added project ‘Critical Batch Monitoring’ and accomplished all the technical delivery activities like design, build and implementation (in three different environments HCM, ELM and CRM) from the scratch till warranty period ends.
• Worked in HR content migration project to migrate the HR content to SharePoint2013 for all HR pages (like ESS, MSS) as per RBS strategy, relentless effort has been put to deliver the project one week before the time line and saved the Cost.
• Worked in IAR (Individual Accountability Regime) Phase II project and created ‘My IAR Certification’ page in HCM environment by following Agile approach methodology.
• Worked in IAR Phase I project and developed page for extracting the data for Senior Manager Regime.

Project: PeopleSoft –HIBS FINANCE, Client – AON HEWITT Associates

• Developed/Worked in Application engine, People Code, Application package and SQR for Change Request.

• Worked on Application package to change the complete workflow approvers as per the new requirement.

• Worked on critical enhancement issues to fix the solution in following modules ePro, PO, AP, GL, AM and Expenses 8.4, 8.8 and 9.0

• Performed various analysis of People Code, SQR and Application engine to find a bug.

• Performed end-to-end testing in ePro/Purchasing, Accounts Payables, Asset Management and General Ledger once the oracle bundle has been applied.

• Aware of complete flow from ePro-PO-Receipt-AP-Payment- GL

• Identified the bug in PO reconcile application process and done the code fix to avoid the issue.

• Involved requisition page design in French and Canadian French Language.

• Involved on Direct connect Punchout configuration from PeopleSoft to Vendor site like CDW, DELL, SHI.
