Erica “Michelle” Kruger

After being a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom for many years, I returned to the workforce, part-time in April of 2022. Once my daughter started working and attending NESCC, I decided it was time for me to do something. I began the classes offered by Ballad for CNA certification, which I obtained in August of 2023.

I am currently attending NESCC and plan to apply to the nursing program in Fall of 2025 to finish my Associate's degree in nursing.

I am a team player and having been a patient in our area hospitals many times over the years, I know what a difference it can make by having caring people attending patient needs. This is why I decided to pursue nursing. I am highly motivated with a desire to take on new challenges. I have a strong worth ethic and am adaptable. I excel at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills. I am an ambitious, career-focused job seeker, anxious to obtain an entry-level position to help launch career.
