- Involved in Black box and White box testing and have sound knowledge in testing methodologies and testing concepts
- Preparing test plan/strategy, test data generation, test case writing, preparing test summary report, preparing Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM). Consolidating the above, as of date, i have created around 50+ test plan/strategy documents & wrote around 650+ test cases
- Involved in product automation. Also, fixed code wherever needed to ensure automation is running effectively. As of date, automated around 79 test cases
- Identifying, documenting and tracking the defects, anomalies and potential improvements identified during testing using JIRA & SIM. As of date, raised around 700+ defects (which includes feature improvements as well)
- Constantly working with development team for bug fix and for feature understanding. Working with TPM team on feature status and follow-ups. Working with PM team closely for any feature enhancements or CX improvements in-order to give better customer experience
- Good in status reporting, issues escalation & ensured deadlines are met consistently
- Working with test support team for test efforts and drive them to closure without any slippages. Addressing team queries and doing knowledge transfer sessions to them.

Alexa Presentation Language, 09/2022 to Present,
- APL team is a platform team where it takes cares of rendering contents on screen on Alexa devices that has screen available. Being one of the QAE of 6 member team, took care of E2E feature testing and delivery (starting from test plan creation, TC writing, testing, bug fix and sign-off) by owning certain components.
- Involved in product automation - Ensure existing automation is running without any interruptions and also automate new test cases and make sure it is running smoothly
- Co-ordinate with the support team and have the regression activities are completed and delivered on time. Also, clarified team queries then and there so that they are not blocked in-terms of execution
Amazon - Astro, 07/2018 to 08/2022,
- Contributed for the product launch.
- Started working in this project as QAT1 owning Alexa onboarding responsibilities which includes manual and automation deliverables.
- Got promoted to Quality Assurance Engineer I in the year of 2019 post which continued to own Alexa domains onboarding along with owning some cloud components like Automated Speech Recognition (ASR), Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Wake Word.
