  • In my role, I am responsible for resolving production issues in real-time, ensuring minimal impact on end users. Working in a medical product-based company that offers multiple solutions, I gained experience collaborating with vendors, the LIS team, providers, practices, and, most importantly, with both API MDP and non-MDP partners.
  • Over the past year, I have navigated through five different queues and specialized in three main products offered by athena: Clinicals, Communicator and Collector. One of these products is associated with payments, providing me with hands-on experience in addressing payment and billing-related concerns.
  • My responsibilities also include manual testing of the user interface (UI) to verify functionality and working on the API endpoints owned by athena to ensure consistency between the UI and API responses.
  • Additionally, I monitor and trigger cases that fall within the API Queue.
  • For API monitoring purposes, I utilize tools such as Kibana, OpenSearch, Web Log, and Grafana.
  • I have experience handling high-priority escalations and premium client escalations across all the queues I have been trained on.
  • I actively collaborate with developers during incident calls of various levels, including L1, L2, and L4.
  • Another important aspect of my role involves working on biweekly releases, identifying API bugs, and determining the specific input parameters causing issues, which I document in JIRA and follow up on.
  • I am knowledgeable in tools like Postman, Sandbox, and Bruno, and I have contributed to the development of "Knowledge Articles" for current workflows.
  • I have also created a structured training module for the "API Developer Support" team.
  • I provide escalation and incident support, ensuring 24/7 availability for calls, chats, and emails.
  • Throughout the year, I underwent cross-training in various operational areas, continuously contributing to the team every three months with my performance and delivery.
  • Additionally, I have access to the production database, allowing me to use schema tools to write SQL queries, and I have experience coding in Perl for the API structure. I have worked on API 4XX and 5XX bugs and created relevant documentation.
  • One of my key achievements over the past year is maintaining a QA score of 98% in handling tickets, bugs, and cases including the Jira and API Bug identification.
