To operate safe and secure facilities and provide effective community supervision in support of successful inmate re-entry into civilian life.

First started as a machine operator. After about a year became a forklift driver in the shipping department. Became a nighttime fill-in supervisor for both shifts. Became a technician while continuing to supervise where I held that position till the factory shut down. Job included running shifts for both night shifts as needed, repairing and maintaining equipment, keeping a visual on all other employees as needed to ensure safety practices were being done properly, palleting our finished products and storing in proper place to prepare for shipment to customers.

First job out of highschool started as a grill cook. Over the years of continued hard work became the assistant store manager. Job included running shifts, completing job interviews for various individuals, doing monthly inventory, and completing truck orders for product as needed.
