In this role, I manage the overall implementation of a State Department, -funded project supporting Tunisia’s new International Diplomatic Academy, providing technical assistance to the Academy to support its expansion into an international diplomacy training center. My role includes:

1) Overseeing the work of a project team based in Tunis;

2) Implementing project-management roles that include engagement with the leadership of the beneficiary institute, narrative and financial reporting;

3) Implementing substantive tasks, such as the coordination of the development of curricula on introduction to conflict studies, mediation and reconciliation and English for diplomacy.
