Project: Tatouine Gas Project

• Project planning, execution, and team management.
• Oversees on-site construction team.
• Assign tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Monitor construction progress, conduct inspections, and address issues to maintain project quality.
• Establish construction schedules with Contractors and Subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders.
• Provide updates and project progress to project manager, including construction activity reports, budgets, and timelines.
• Review and approve invoices from contractors, suppliers, and vendors for materials, equipment, and services used on the project.
• Conduct daily meetings with project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to discuss progress, issues, and day objectives.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure the project stays within budget.
• Keep detailed records of project progress, issues, and communications, and provide regular reports to project stakeholders.
• Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, including resolving conflicts between subcontractors or addressing unforeseen site conditions.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and other project stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure project objectives are met.

Project: Tataouine Gas Project

1. Pipe Mill Inspection (Dia.: 12 inches / L.: 94 Km) - UMRAN Mill, Turkey:

• Manage inspection team.
• Witness FAT: Inspection, Thorough Visual inspection, Dimensional Inspection as per shop drawing and API5L Specification.
• Witness the normalizing Heat Treatment.
• Witness the Mechanical Tests: Flattening, Charpy Impact, Tensile, Bend, Hardness survey, Chemical analysis, Metallographic, and Macro.
• Witness the hydrostatic test.
• Witness the Manual and Automatic ultrasonic test.

2. Project Management:

• SOW Preparation.
• Mechanical design and review of the pipeline: stress analysis using Pipestress, thickness calculation according to ASME B31.8.
• Review of the design reports and drawing of the gas treating plant equipment.
• Specification's check.
• Design and Review the cathodic protection system design (ICCP & Sacrificial Anodes systems).
• Review painting, coating, welding, and hydrostatic test procedures.
• Review, comment, and approve ITPs (Inspection Test Plan).
• Review the final reports of The Project.
• Negotiation with Contractors and Vendors.

3. Site Supervision:

• Follow up Daily progress.
• Quality supervision of the Pipeline and GTP daily construction activities (welding, coating, pipe lowering, NDT, assembling, hydrotest).
• Review reports and Inspection of: Visual inspection, Penetrant examination, and XRay Radiographic Examination.
• Control the backfilling and reinstatement.
• Control and follow up the Line valve stations construction.
• Inspection and evaluation of the gas treating plant equipment.
• Supervise the gas treating plant equipment installation.
• Supervise the cathodic protection systems installation.
• Diagnostic of sacrificial anodes cathodic protection systems.
• Manage NCRs Evaluate and report quality issues.
• Conduct meetings and management of change.
• Approve the monthly manufacturing timesheet of the Contractors.
• ACVG Survey of Pipeline 94 Km.

Projects:

1. ADAM Tie-In to Nawara Pipeline 11 km 2

• Mechanical design and stress analysis of the pipeline using PIPESTRESS, and thickness calculation as per ASME B31.8.
• Review of design reports and drawings for gas treating plant equipment.
• Chilling unit installation oversight: Foundation inspection, equipment reception, and installation.
• Daily progress monitoring.
• Quality supervision of pipeline and GTP daily construction activities, including welding, coating, pipe lowering, NDT, assembling, and hydrotest.
• Control of backfilling and reinstatement.

2. Revamping of the Storage Tank 50K1B of OUED ZAR FIELD

• Inspection and supervision of tank revamping.
• Identification of locations to be repaired.
• Inspection of patch plate application.
• Inspection of sandblasting and coating application.

3. New API Skimmer Installation in OUED ZAR Plant

• Supervision of skimmer construction.
• Foundation construction.
• Approval of lifting plan.
• Equipment installation.

Project: Pipeline Corrosion Management Project - ECDA phase

• CIPS and DCVG Survey of 24” import pipeline - 3.2 Km length.
• CIPS and DCVG Survey of 18” condensate transportation pipeline - 58 Km length.

Project: Installation of New Compressor CBA 1200 in BAGUEL FIELD

• Supervision of foundation construction.
• Installation of the compressor.
• Commissioning of the compressor.

Project: Revamping of Firefighting system-ASHTART OFFSHORE PF2

• Perform a walk-down campaign to identify needs.
• Design the new firefighting system using PIPENET software following NFPA13, NFPA15, etc.
• Management of Change: Major change of the piping material from CS to GPR.
• Supervision of project execution.
